1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Sa7ab Technology Solutions ("Sa7ab," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Sa7ab provides technology solutions including but not limited to:

  • AI and Machine Learning development
  • Cloud infrastructure and architecture
  • Custom software development
  • Data engineering and analytics
  • Technology consulting services

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Sa7ab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Client Work Product

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work products developed specifically for them. Sa7ab retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements
  • All fees are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

7.2 Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SA7AB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Sa7ab in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sa7ab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become immediately due
  • Each party shall return or destroy confidential information
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sa7ab regarding the use of our services.
